Welcome to the Kingdom – Home of UKnight Training Center’s competitive cheer and dance teams, tumbling training, aerial prowess and personal fitness. Trained by the finest coaches and instructors, our athletes hone their skills to become the best versions of themselves and the finest teammates to each other. UKnight athletes compete at the highest levels regionally and nationally and aspire to reign at the top of their level.
Elite Training Facilities
UKnight Training Center’s Kingdom features padded spring floors and tumbling tracks for optimal tumbling and cheer stunt safety. Our modern dance studio features mirrored walls, a state-of-the-art sound system and optimum floors to achieve the best dance experience. Aerialists can take flight on silks designed for all skill levels and training goals. GRiT FIT features a fully-equipped strength and cardio studio dedicated to personal fitness programs and classes.
