UKnight Training Center
UKnight Training Center is a multi-sport athletic complex dedicated to developing young athletes. Home to competitive cheer, dance, martial arts, and more, UKnight is steeped in traditions of excellence and dedicated to developing young athletes into fine individuals, supportive teammates, and fierce competitors. Situated in north Orange County, UKnight is centrally located near Winter Park for easy access from communities across central Florida.
Elite Training Facilities
UKnight Training Center’s Kingdom features padded spring floors and tumbling tracks for optimal tumbling and cheer stunt safety. Our modern dance studio features mirrored walls, a state-of-the-art sound system and optimum floors to achieve the best dance experience. Aerialists can take flight on silks designed for all skill levels and training goals. Our on-site gym features a fully-equipped strength and cardio studio dedicated to personal fitness programs and classes.
