All-Star Cheer – 2024-25 Season
UKnight competitive cheer teams provide young athletes with the experience of a lifetime. Beyond the energetic atmosphere, they learn lessons that will help them throughout their lives.
Values like teamwork, self-respect, goal setting, confidence building and personal wellness are at the center of the UKnight program.
Cheer blends tumbling, stunting and dance to demonstrate athletic skill and showmanship in a fun and competitive environment. Teams compete against other gyms from around the country in national level competitions that take place regionally and in the southeast.
In addition to organized teams, UKnight offers tumbling classes and private lessons to refine individual skills and presentation, level up difficult tumbling passes and master flexibility and strengthening.
